Vibrar means to vibrate physically (a phone, a string) and, figuratively, to thrill or quiver with emotion (vibrar de emoción = to thrill with emotion). In sports commentary it is common: el estadio vibró (the stadium was buzzing). The related adjective is vibrante (vibrant, thrilling) and the noun is vibración.
