conducción
driving
noun kon-dook-SYOHN Rare
Origin: From Latin 'conductio' (leading, hiring).

conduction
Usage Note
Conducción covers both the act of driving a vehicle and the physical conduction of heat or electricity. In Spain a driving licence is a carné de conducir. In Latin America manejar is preferred over conducir for driving, so manejo tends to replace conducción in that context. Note the accent on the final syllable.
