Cigarrillo is the standard word for a cigarette (a small rolled tobacco product), distinct from cigarro which can mean either a cigar or, colloquially in Spain, a cigarette. The double rr is pronounced as a strong trill. A pack of cigarettes is un paquete de cigarrillos or colloquially un paquete de tabaco.
