Spa is a masculine noun in Spanish (el spa, los spas). It refers to a wellness centre offering water-based treatments, or to a hot tub. Because it is a loanword ending in a vowel, the plural simply adds -s. In Spain and Latin America it is used alongside balneario (a traditional mineral-spring resort).
