Preguntado is the past participle of preguntar used adjectivally, often in passive constructions: el tema más preguntado (the most-asked-about topic), los usuarios preguntados (the surveyed users). In survey contexts it can mean 'respondent'. Learners should note that in everyday Spanish preguntar is used without a preposition where English needs 'about': te pregunto eso = 'I'm asking you about that'.
