Mejorar is regular and very versatile: it can be transitive (mejorar la situación = 'improve the situation') or intransitive (el enfermo mejoró = 'the patient improved'). The phrase ¡Que te mejores! is the standard way to say 'Get well soon!' The related noun is mejora or mejoramiento.
