Usage Note
Llegada is the noun from llegar ('to arrive'). It is used for the arrival of people, vehicles, or seasons (la llegada del tren, la llegada del invierno). In airports and stations, llegadas (plural) is the word for the 'arrivals' board or gate. Do not confuse with venida ('coming'), which is more literary and implies someone coming toward the speaker.
