charm
Usage Note
Lindeza derives from lindo ('pretty, cute') via the suffix -eza that forms abstract nouns from adjectives. In the plural, lindezas can take on ironic meaning — decir lindezas literally means 'to say nice things' but is often used sarcastically to mean 'to say unpleasant things'. The feminine noun takes the regular article la lindeza.
Examples
"Todos admiraron la lindeza del jardín."
Natural Translation
Everyone admired the prettiness of the garden.
