Also means
grandeur
Usage Note
Grandeza conveys greatness, magnificence, or grandeur — of a person, a nation, a building, or an era. It is also a formal title referring to the highest rank of Spanish nobility (Grande de España), so su grandeza can be an honorific. The adjective grande loses its final -e before a singular noun of either gender: un gran hombre, una gran mujer.
Examples
"Admiran la grandeza de la catedral."
Natural Translation
They admire the grandeur of the cathedral.
