Deudor refers to a person or entity that owes money or is obligated to fulfill a debt. The feminine form is deudora. It contrasts with acreedor (creditor). In legal and financial Spanish, deudor moroso specifies a debtor who has defaulted, while deudor solidario is a co-debtor jointly liable for a debt.
