Aquejado is almost always used with de to indicate what one is afflicted by: aquejado de una enfermedad (afflicted with an illness). It derives from the verb aquejar (to afflict, to ail) and is common in medical and journalistic registers. It agrees in gender and number: aquejada, aquejados, aquejadas.
