Also means
to do again
Usage Note
Volver is an -ue stem-changing verb (present: vuelvo, vuelves…). Volver a + infinitive is the standard way to express doing something again: volvió a llamar (he called again). The reflexive volverse means to become (a change of state): se volvió loco (he went crazy) — a usage that surprises learners who expect hacerse or ponerse.
Examples
"¿Cuándo vuelves a casa?"
Natural Translation
When are you coming back home?
