Todavía and aún are near-synonyms meaning 'still/yet' and are interchangeable in most contexts. In negative sentences, todavía no and aún no both mean 'not yet'. Neither can replace ya ('already/anymore'); the contrast between ya and todavía is a key point of Spanish temporal adverbs.
