Salarial is a relational adjective formed from salario (salary) and is used almost exclusively in economic and labour contexts: brecha salarial (wage gap), negociación salarial (pay negotiation), reforma salarial (wage reform). It has no feminine or plural inflection beyond the standard adjective endings (salariales in plural).
