verb rreh-pah-SAHR Rare

Also means

to go over

Usage Note

Repasar means to go over something again — revising notes, reviewing a lesson, or checking work. Repaso (noun) means a review or revision session: hacer un repaso ('to do a review'). It is also used for ironing clothes in some Latin American varieties (repasar la ropa = 'to iron'), though planchar is more universal for that meaning. A learner in Spain will primarily hear it in academic contexts.

Examples

"Voy a repasar mis apuntes antes del examen."

Natural Translation
