Usage Note
Recuadro refers to a rectangular box or highlighted panel used to set apart content, common in graphic design, publishing, and screen interfaces — similar to English 'text box' or 'callout box'. It should not be confused with cuadro (picture, table, or square) or cuadrado (square, the shape). In UI/UX design, recuadro de texto and cuadro de texto are both used for a text input field.
