Usage Note
Pecador is the standard religious term for a person who has sinned. It is also used ironically or playfully in everyday speech — ¡Qué pecador eres! can be a light-hearted reproach. The feminine form is pecadora. The related verb is pecar (to sin) and the noun for the act is pecado.
