Normal is invariable for gender (un día normal, una situación normal) and pluralises as normales. Es normal que + subjunctive is a very common structure: es normal que tengas dudas (it's normal that you have doubts). The adverb normalmente (normally, usually) is frequent. Anormal is the antonym; normalidad (normality) and normalizar (to normalise) share the root.
