Usage Note
Licuado is the past participle of licuar (to liquefy) used as an adjective, and in Latin American Spanish it is also a common noun (el licuado) for a blended fruit drink — equivalent to a smoothie or milkshake. In Spain batido is more typical for the drink. The related device is a licuadora (blender/juicer).
