Usage Note
Huesudo means having prominent or protruding bones — thin to the point where bones are visible. It derives from hueso (bone) + -udo, a suffix denoting abundance of a feature (like barbudo from barba). The feminine form is huesuda. A near-synonym is óseo, but that is more anatomical/technical.
Examples
"Sus dedos huesudos se aferraban al bastón."
Natural Translation
His bony fingers gripped the walking stick.
