Dudoso describes something uncertain, questionable, or of suspect quality: de dudosa reputación ('of dubious reputation'), un resultado dudoso ('a doubtful result'). It can describe a person's moral character as well as the reliability of facts. It is stronger than incierto (uncertain) and carries a mild negative connotation.
