Usage Note
Convergente describes lines, paths, or ideas that come together toward a common point. It is most common in mathematical, scientific, and political contexts: líneas convergentes (converging lines), políticas convergentes (convergent policies). The opposite is divergente. It does not change for gender, only for number (convergentes).
