Carro means 'car' in most of Latin America where Spain uses coche — one of the most noticeable regional lexical splits. In Spain carro refers to a cart or trolley (carro de la compra, 'shopping trolley'). It also means 'tank' in a military context (carro de combate). Choose carro or coche depending on your target audience.
