Usage Note
Antimonopolio is used as an invariable attributive adjective preceding or following the noun: ley antimonopolio, regulación antimonopolio. It is the Spanish equivalent of English 'antitrust' or 'anti-monopoly' in competition law. Interchangeable with antimonopolista in journalistic prose, though the latter can also function as a noun (los antimonopolistas).
